COSTARS

RAVAN AIR is an authorized supplier for Pennsylvania’s COSTARS Cooperative Purchasing program.

Exclusive contracts established by the Department of General Services (DGS) are available to COSTARS members to easily identify qualified suppliers.

COSTARS, or Cooperative Sourcing To Achieve Reductions in Spend, is a special program available to Pennsylvania municipalities, government agencies and other non-profit organizations that allows its members to purchase select goods and services from authorized vendors at competitive prices.

A secondary benefit provided is the bypassing of the traditional public bidding process to secure statewide contracts more efficiently. Vendors are thoroughly vetted and extensively evaluated before becoming an authorized supplier.

With no need to hold a competitive bidding process, authorized suppliers like RAVAN AIR have extensive experience and are awarded contracts in our area of expertise – inspections.
